Jennifer Moglia is a Long Island, New York native who eats, sleeps, and breathes pop culture. An energetic, enthusiastic, hard-working, outspoken, flexible, and creative professional, she also has a huge passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the world of entertainment. Growing up as a huge fan of music, movies, books, TV shows, and any kind of media she could get her hands on, fandom and community have always been a crucial part of her approach in each and every role.

Jen has a plethora of experience in the music industry, her favorite roles being in social/digital, marketing, creative direction/strategy, copywriting, public relations and strategic & brand partnerships. She has held positions at Universal Music Group, HeadCount, TED-Ed, Burwoodland, Epitaph / ANTI Records, The Syndicate, Big Picture Media, (Le) Poisson Rouge, and more. At Quinnipiac University, Jen held multiple leadership positions within student media & programming.

Known as a powerhouse in various roles and fields, she is proficient in Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva, and various social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Tumblr, TikTok, and more). Jen approaches each project with more tenacity than a five-foot-two-inch body can hold, a whole lot of heart, and at least a little bit of glitter.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Communications & Media Studies and a Master of Science in Public Relations under her belt, Jen has started her first post-grad adventure as a Venue Marketing Coordinator for Live Nation in New York City, helping to shape the fan experience and brand voice of the Jones Beach Amphitheater. When all is said and done, she just wants to be doing something that makes her happy.

Career-wise, that looks like creative roles where she can help tell impactful stories in the music and entertainment industries. Outside of work, it looks like having movie marathons, organizing her many nerdy collections of trinkets, hoping both teams have fun at sports games, traveling to new places, curling up with a good book, and hanging out with her partner, her cat, and their friends and family.

Chronically online? Me too. Let's do it together!
